Fixes:
- Deploying the voucher takes a bit more than 5M
Also changed defaults:
- Voucher name
- Voucher symbol
- Faucet gift amount (worth 30 transfers)
- Faucet gift threshold (worth 5 transfers)
- Facuet period (every 24 hrs)
