Support for decryption in Signer (#2421)

* Adding some tests

* Implementing decrypt in queue

* Removing code duplication.

* Printing public key in ethstore

* Bump UI

* Normalizing dapps format for signer.

* Fixing tests compilation

* fix whitespace
