SystemUIs authorization (#1233)

* Initial implementation of AuthCodeStore for SystemUIs

* SystemUIs authorization

* Renaming SystemUI -> SignerUI

* Fixing clippy warnings

* Lowering time threshold

* Bumping sysui

* Fixing test
