* style fixes 

* verification: find last request

* verification: don't request again if same input

* didRequestWithSameValues -> shallRequestAgain

* bugfixes 🐛, update SMS verification ABI

* verification: hasRequested -> accountHasRequested

* verification: hasIsVerified -> accountIsVerified

* verification: shallRequestAgain -> shallSkipRequest

* verification: show if unable to send req

* email verification: check if email already used

* address style grumbles 🎨
