Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Custodians may want to block access to USSD interface (e.g. a compromised account).
This needs to be possible by an independent tool that sets (or resets) a corresponding flag.
This needs new functionality in vise, e.g. a startup check that runs on flags regardless of current node execution.
go-vise branch lash/engine-first provides engine.SetFirst() which allows setting pre-VM EntryFunc to be executed. Docs follow momentarily.
this is still unsettled @willruddick @kamikazechaser
to be clear, this is not about pin reset, but about actually blocking the account - not a pin reset. It is a different state.
