More performance optimizations (#1814)

* Buffered DB

* Use identity hash for MemoryDB

* Various tweaks

* Delayed DB compression

* Reduce last_hashes cloning

* Keep state cache

* Updating tests

* Optimized to_big_int

* Fixing build with stable

* Safer code
