* Avoid importing keys into wrong place.

- Now a `--no-import-keys` option;
- `--testnet` now alters the import location for keys and the store path.

Fixes #1112 and #1089.

* Avoid double-bools.

Building from source

First (if you don't already have it) get multirust:

Linux:

curl -sf https://raw.githubusercontent.com/brson/multirust/master/quick-install.sh | sh

OSX with Homebrew:

brew update && brew install multirust
multirust default stable

Then, download and build Parity:

# download Parity code
git clone https://github.com/ethcore/parity
cd parity

# build in release mode
cargo build --release
